The breakfast, location, and overall concept were nice, but the cleanliness and upkeep were very poor during my one-night stay. There were insects inside the bungalow, the toilet was dirty on arrival, and the towels were stained and looked unwashed. The pool light didn't work, and its stairs felt unstable and unsafe. The BBQ stand was full of water, while smoke from the fireplace (şömine) exhaust came into the room instead of going outside. They didn't provide any firewood either. For the price, I expected much better hygiene and service. I wouldn't recommend staying until the cleaning, safety, and maintenance improve.

The hotel was okay, but the service left me disappointed. When we asked for extra blankets, the response was that “two are enough,” which came across as dismissive. The hut was cold in winter, and the Wi-Fi was very weak, making the stay uncomfortable. As paying guests, we expected more understanding and better hospitality.

Everything was nice apart from the road leading to the place, which isn't their fault. The reception staff were always smiling, kind, and quick to help when I asked about things that were missing.

I spent 3 nights here. The property is new, with a good location and breakfast, and the rooms were clean. Best of all, it's really peaceful, a great choice if you want to relax.

It's a nice hotel with a good location and lake view, but it needs some improvements. There's no employee around after 12 midnight, so if you need anything you have to search for someone. Breakfast only starts at 9 am, which isn't early. Parking is limited too, with room for around 16 cars, not enough for the number of visitors.
