Crystal Snow Butik Hotel

It looked like a place to stay, but it really wasn't convenient. It's well out of town, more than 60 km away.

The staff made us feel completely at home. Manager Nihat, Bahar at reception, Mehmet, Havin, Tülin, and Rabia in the restaurant and room service were all polite, cheerful, and quick to help find solutions. Thanks as well to Şiar and Edip, and to ski room instructors Rıdvan and Derman. See you next year 😊 We also had a great time at the traditional Kars night and dinner entertainment over the weekend. The hotel is small, charming, spotless, and well located. The spa is small but clean and more than adequate for relaxing after skiing, and the shuttle runs whenever you need it. The ski lifts are five minutes away. I picked Crystal Snow boutique hotel after reading the reviews and was so glad I did. I was surprised by how much people praised the staff, but it turned out to be true.

Rıdvan was a patient, professional ski instructor, and helped us feel more confident in a short time. He'd be especially helpful for anyone who's never skied before. The ski room and hotel staff were friendly and ready to help, too. We had a really lovely Sarıkamış holiday at Crystal Snow Hotel. Manager Nihat was kind and solution-oriented, and his attention made us feel special. Our room was clean, warm, and comfortable, the food was varied and tasty, and being close to the ski center was a real plus. I'd gladly recommend it for a peaceful, enjoyable family winter break. The Kars cheeses and jams were so good, and all the food was delicious. The ski team also chose skis and boots carefully to suit us, and the shuttle to the ski area made getting around easy. Rıdvan helped my father, who hadn't skied in years, make it down from the highest point. You can really tell what a good instructor adds. We came to Crystal Snow Boutique Hotel for a family holiday and felt we'd chosen well as soon as we arrived. Nihat Bey, Bahar Hanım at reception, and Memet Bey, Havin Hanım, Tülin Hanım, and Rabia Hanım in the restaurant were attentive and welcoming, even with the cold outside. Thanks to the Crystal Snow family for making the trip so enjoyable. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good service.
