The hotel owner is disrespectful. He parks his car so other people’s vehicles can’t get out, and he’s so uneducated and discourteous about it. No one’s time is worth more than yours. Even though we’d planned to stay at your hotel, we won’t.

The room was really spacious, and the service was friendly. It’s a clean, excellent hotel, and I definitely recommend it.

I haven’t felt this at ease in a hotel for a long time. It was spotless, bright, spacious, and airy, so you can choose it with complete peace of mind. If you’re passing through, you can stay here without a second thought. I’d just kindly ask management to review the pricing policy.

We were left stranded. We’re a family of five with three children and had traveled 1000 kilometers before arriving at 2 AM. Even though we’d reserved a family room, the hotel said its concept didn’t include family rooms. They inappropriately insisted we take two rooms, with the children in the room across the way, saying nothing bad would happen there. My children are very young!!!! We set off again in the middle of the night, exhausted...

We were happy with our stay. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was tasty. The suite was very clean, and it’s hard to find this level of service for the price.
