Mr. Oktay was the kindest person I met on my 12-day trip. He pays close attention to his customers and greets them when they arrive and sees them off when they leave. The apartments are quite large and adequate, and the views from this high-altitude location are spectacular. The roads are fine, with good asphalt. Heating may not be enough in cold weather, but they’ll be adding central heating soon. I recommend staying here if it’s on your way.

The kids made an innocent mistake, and Mr. Oktay helped sort it out. Otherwise, I would’ve had to call a handyman and pay for it :) He was there when we visited, and he was very helpful. The owner is Mr. Taner and his son is Mr. Oktay. The place is lovely and clean, with fantastic views, nature, and atmosphere. I would’ve stayed longer if I’d had more time. I recommend a visit, you won’t regret it :)

The owner is very attentive and cooperative with guests. The accommodation is spotless, and the view is wonderful and breathtaking.

At Satavala Holiday Village, my brother Oktay helped us with everything, and we were really pleased with his attention. We felt as comfortable as at home in this wonderful place surrounded by nature. It’s close to lovely places such as Karagöl and Balık Gölü. We loved our stay and hope, God willing, to visit again at the first opportunity.
