The room was just right, and breakfast was even better than we expected. Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful, ready whenever we needed anything, even a small thing. They made the stay feel amazing and left us wanting to return. Highly recommend this hotel. Best wishes from Marie and our whole family of eight.

We were treated like family by the managers. The customer service was excellent, and breakfast had a great variety of rich, organic food.

Savur turned out to be a charming little village, a bit farther from the usual attractions, and this stay was the best of our two weeks travelling through Turkey. We had left the accommodation search until the last minute, during a holiday week when everything was fully booked. Kadir and his aunt welcomed us with such warmth. The building is one of a kind, and the rooms feel authentic, with none of that plastic-fantastic look. Breakfast used high-quality ingredients sourced locally, and they offered plenty of suggestions for nearby places to visit. Despite the region's shocking history, I can see a lot of potential for nature and cultural tourism. A 10/10 experience ✌️

We stumbled on this family-run hotel while travelling in November, and it showed us there is much more to discover in the region than Mardin. Kadir and his aunt were lovely, offering ideas for places to visit and sharing how they see the village's history and future. We really hope to come back one day, and wish them good luck. It was the cleanest place we encountered, while still feeling simple, welcoming, tasteful, and full of heart. And the breakfast! Cafe Savur next door was a lovely surprise too.
