The food was the highlight of our four days at Kaya Palazzo Kartalkaya with the family. We've stayed at many luxury hotels, but this was the best food we've had. Meals used fresh, high-quality local ingredients, and you could taste the care, balance, and creativity in every dish. Executive Chef Erdem and Serkan Chef have built an outstanding kitchen team. Restaurant Manager Ramazan and his team were professional and friendly, making each meal even more enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The luxury came through in the details without feeling forced or overdone. Everyone around the hotel was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. From start to finish, everything felt right. We left relaxed and well looked after, already thinking about coming back. Highly recommended.

For our first family ski holiday, everything went better than we could have hoped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and did extra to help arrange our lessons. Rental gear was in excellent condition, so our time on the slopes went smoothly. Begum, our host, made the trip unforgettable with her wonderful hospitality. We can't wait to return!

The kids' playroom, Mamepa, was a real favorite. It's super clean and organized, and the staff are very helpful. Nurgül, who works there, was especially lovely. This is one of the best hotels you can find in Turkey. I highly recommend it.

It's a really kid-friendly ski resort, and the staff are very accommodating. Special thanks to the Ma&me &pa staff, Mohammet and Nurgul. They're so friendly, and the kids are having a great time.
