The whole place felt calm and peaceful, and even the other guests were like family. My wife wears a headscarf, so we had some hesitation, but there were no problems. The balcony door opened straight onto the pool, so we really enjoyed being by it. The pool was very clean, and it was cleaned and maintained twice during our stay. Our rooms were spotless and tidy, and the kitchen equipment and utensils were clean and enough for us. Whenever we needed anything extra, Mr. Girayhan brought it right away. We stayed from July 30, 2025 to August 5, 2025. As soon as we arrived in the apartment parking lot, Mr. Girayhan, the owner and manager, greeted us. He and his mother took such good care of us, and I want to thank them both. The sea is close, with both a public beach and a paid beach nearby. Seferihisar town center and Sığacık coastal town are 15-20 minutes away. We left happy, and the owners and their family even saw us off when we checked out. Thank you, Mr. Girayhan. The apartment pool was quite enough for us, and with kids we used it every day. The beach within walking distance is pebbly and the water is on the cold side, but we liked it. If you want sand, İpekkum Beach is a 20-minute drive away. Our 1+1 suite had a huge balcony and an amazing view. It was cleaner and more spacious than many places we've stayed, which really matters when you're there for more than a day and want to feel at home. I almost wish this place could stay a secret :) but I had to share how much we enjoyed it. Thanks to dear Girayhan, owner of Sunset Akarca Suites, and his mother.

We had a great holiday with friends and left very satisfied. The rooms and pool were clean, the apartment was well located, and the owner, Mr. Girayhan, was so attentive and kind. We'd choose this place again if we come to Seferihisar.

We've been coming here for our holidays for two years now. It's a lovely place, with clean, practical rooms and plenty of parking. The sea is nearby, and there's a small pool that's adequate. Above all, it's a warm, friendly family business, and the staff respond to needs and sort things out quickly. We'd definitely recommend it.

The beach water was very salty and wavy, though maybe we just went swimming at the wrong time. Aside from that, we loved our stay. The welcome was wonderful, the service better than expected, and the rooms spotless. The pool is cleaned regularly, so you can use it with peace of mind. Mr. Girayhan, his wife, and his mother were all so friendly and attentive that we'll be staying with them again next year.
