The room was clean, neat, and pleasant, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. Getting into the hotel was a little inconvenient, though, and there was no porter or room attendant to help with guests' luggage. Still, it was a nice, acceptable stay.

There are plenty of food choices in the restaurant and just outside the hotel. The rooms feel a bit dated, but the staff are friendly and their service makes up for that. A good place to stay if you're doing business in Gebze.

The meals were delicious, so compliments to Chef Buse. Beyzanur and her restaurant colleagues Simge and Elanur also deserve a special mention. All the staff were pleasant and professional. All the best!
