The sunset from the hill is something else, and the villa was clean with a delicious breakfast. Okyay, Ibrahim, and their female colleague made sure I had what I needed, even sorting a last-minute tour and rides to and from town. I really enjoyed the more personal glimpse of Turkish life in this friendly neighborhood, away from the bustle. My stay at Villa Dreams was one of the highlights of my 10-day Istanbul and Selcuk/Ephesus trip. If you're choosing between Selcuk and Sirince, don't hesitate.

Ibrahim made sure we had a memorable visit, and even went out of his way to help. He welcomed us, got our tour arranged, and offered rides into town and back. Breakfast was a hearty spread of eggs, bread, cheese, olives, and coffee or tea.

The hill back from town is steep, though the walk is quick, and the view over Selçuk is lovely. We felt right at home in this charming little hotel, with a nice room and seating spots scattered both indoors and around the grounds. The terrace breakfast was a healthy treat we looked forward to every morning, and the pool was a relief on hot days. Ibrahim at the front desk was a wonderful, genuine host who wanted us to enjoy our stay and shared plenty of local tips and information. He drove us to town and picked us up many times, always smiling. The women who helped with breakfast and our rooms were delightful too.

The staff helped us sort out tours and shuttle rides, and breakfast was great. We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend it.

The hotel sits up on a hill, so the walk down to town involves some stairs and quiet streets, and the slope can be steep. We made that walk once and found it manageable. The beautiful hilltop views were a plus, as were the clean pool and good breakfast. It's a little outside the center, but whenever we asked, they drove us to and from the central Selçuk train station, which made a big difference. Day tours are available too.
