I was on the first floor, facing the street, with a small balcony. The double room was still small for a solo traveler, and the bathroom was cramped too. I didn't sleep well because the curtains couldn't keep the streetlights out. It was noisy both outside and on the first floor. Hot water was good, the small TV had English news channels, and the breakfast was average. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made things better. They also had unlimited water and drinks, which was great. There's a front terrace where you can relax, as well as the reception area.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent, mostly salad ingredients, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs. The balcony was nice, though the front room gets traffic noise and the doors need a kick to shut properly.

Tea and coffee are always available downstairs, along with hot water. The room facilities were adequate, and it had a good-sized balcony. It's a clean, smart hotel a short walk from the train station and close to the minibus stops. The staff were very friendly.

We booked two rooms, and both bathrooms were in terrible shape. The shower stalls were old, moldy, and dirty, making them very unpleasant to use. At this price, I expected at least basic cleanliness. The hotel itself was more or less okay, but those bathrooms ruined the impression.

Breakfast was complimentary and simply great, and the sweet they make is unmatched anywhere in the market. There's also free Turkish tea around the clock. The staff are extremely helpful, and the owner, Abdullah, sometimes serves guests himself. They're well regarded in the local hotel business, and I wish them all the best for the coming season. A very nice place to stay in the center, next to the taxi stand and local bus station. Famous restaurants are within walking distance. I'd strongly recommend it to friends visiting Selcuk.
