Staff were attentive, and the location deserves a star from me. The rooms need general renovation and aren't well maintained. The bathroom drain didn't work properly, so water collected, and a shower door was missing. It's a simple fix, but it still hasn't been sorted. Breakfast is poorly planned, with no hot options and a student-dorm feel. It also didn't match the picture, which advertises the President's Cafe. They seemed to be suggesting the breakfast there was bad and telling people to go elsewhere. For cheaper accommodation nearby, the listings say the toilets are shared, but it's actually a dorm-style room shared by 10 people. After a teachers' guesthouse, this is a reasonably priced place. I picked this bed-and-breakfast as a base for seeing the historical and tourist sites nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy, parking was easy, and the price was reasonable. It's right in central Selçuk, so the location is excellent. The hotel is generally good, though breakfast was a little mediocre: just the usual tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, olives, and similar things. I would have liked soup and fries at least.

We came back after staying here two years ago. It's conveniently central in Selçuk and close to ancient Ephesus. The building is old, though the furniture is new, and it was clean. Nothing major was missing, just a few small shortcomings. We paid 1300 lira for two people for one night with breakfast included.

This was our second stay. There's plenty to see in Selçuk and the surrounding area, so we usually eat breakfast at the hotel, head out exploring, then come back in the evening. The place is clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. In the evening, we like sitting in the garden with coffee and relaxing.
