We went and were happy with the place, so we wanted to visit again, but it's been closed for a long time. I hope it opens again soon. It's a clean place for families, and the staff were attentive too.

It’s close to the city center, so shopping is easy, and the house was clean and very warm. The staff were lovely and incredibly attentive, thanks to all of them. There are basic kitchen supplies, though bringing your own is still a good idea. It makes for a great weekend away with friends or family. The internet doesn’t work, though it’s not essential. The fireplace is noisy, and barbecue smoke from outside gets into the room, which is quite bothersome and needs fixing. The water comes straight from the spring, and while this isn’t the property’s fault, it’s extremely sulfuric and unregulated, like very hot bathwater on a hot day. Compared with similar places, I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms are lovely, the service is excellent, and the location is decent. It was good to see that they ask for a marriage certificate from couples staying in mixed-gender rooms. In a family-friendly setting, that can help prevent inappropriate situations. The missing Wi-Fi was a downside, as was having no restaurant or market on site. Seydişehir is the nearest place, so you have to travel there and back. At similar places I’ve stayed, there was a market for whatever you needed, a restaurant with good food, and very fast Wi-Fi. I think this business could become top-notch if it improved those things.

The cleanliness inside is very good, and the houses feel comfortable and cozy, more like your own home than a hotel. They're 2+1 duplexes, usually advertised for four people, but inside there's only one double bed and one single, so the fourth person has to sleep on a sofa. In my opinion, charging 250 TL for the fifth and sixth guests is unnecessary. It would also be better if guests didn't have to sort out their own meals, since people come to relax and cooking can be a hassle. There are kitchen utensils, though, so it's easy enough to prepare food.

We had dinner out on the terrace, lit a barbecue, drank tea, then had Turkish coffee. It was especially enjoyable with the mountain air, and later the soft, healing water in the bathtub in our room was wonderful. Two friends and I stayed one night at this new hotel because our schedules were busy. We arrived around 4:30 PM. They’ve really taken the apartment hotel idea we knew and improved it, with spacious, villa-style rooms. Special thanks to the staff, especially Aslıhan Hanım, for the impeccable service. We’ll definitely return.
