We especially appreciated how quickly reception helped when I accidentally left important papers in the room. They made sure everything got back to me without any trouble. The evening shows were fun and varied, and there were lots of freshwater pools for the children. The clean sandy beach was great for the family too. Staff were kind and professional throughout. A special mention to the Sueno Patisserie team by the lobby: warm service, a relaxing atmosphere, and delicious cakes, coffee, and tea made it a lovely place to unwind in the afternoon. We had a wonderful stay at Sueno Beach Side Hotel and will definitely come back.

We booked through Check24.de, a search engine listing offers from travel agencies across Europe. The same trip was priced differently by different agencies, and Anex tour was the cheapest. I hadn't heard of either before. Our package included all inclusive, flights, and transfers to and from the hotel. We flew from Graz, with expectations that weren't high. A comfortable minibus was waiting after we landed. We got to the hotel after midnight, hungry and thirsty, and were surprised to find food available almost around the clock. From 1:00 to 7:00 there was soup and sandwiches, then breakfast started at 7:00. The hotel seemed to have thought of lots of little details. The bathroom had shower caps, ear buds, make-up sponges, shaving foam and a razor, plus a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room safe was free. The minibar was free too and restocked daily, with draft beer, iced tea, coca cola, sprite, fanta, mineral water, and water. Pool and beach towels were also free to rent, and we could change them as often as we wanted, at either the pools or the beach. There were nine pools with fresh water, and bars all over the property. One hotel bar was open 24 hours, with other bars by the pool and beach. The hotel had its own pier with sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a drinks bar at the end. Loungers everywhere and drinks throughout the hotel were free, including the well-known alcoholic drinks. Each bar also had free nuts that went well with cocktails. There was so much entertainment that it was hard to keep up, with things happening morning, afternoon, and evening. Concerts and shows were held for free in the amphitheater. There was a disco in the basement and another on the beach. Two towers had slides for children and adults. The slides shut around lunchtime, but waits were almost nonexistent while we were there, depending on hotel occupancy. The hotel also had its own cinema, showing a different film twice a day. There was a luna park and a large room with slot machines, but both cost money. Each game or ride cost €2 or €3. You paid with a card loaded with credits, and the more credits you bought, the more you got free. Around the pool there was a street of about ten fast food spots, with different foods and a salad buffet, plus benches and tables where you could eat in your swimsuit. Refrigerators by the pool and beach had bottled water for guests. We skipped lunch in the restaurant and ate by the pool instead. Dinner changed every day, with lots of main dishes, salads, desserts, and fruit. Everything looked good and tasted very nice. A real plus at breakfast was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Wi-Fi worked everywhere, including the pool, beach, right by the sea, and on the pier. The employees were numerous, friendly, and always smiling. This is a hotel I'd return to.

We spent a week here with our two children and were all extremely happy with the stay. The entertainment, especially the shows and concerts, really brought the holiday to life, and the natural surroundings added something special. The hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you to Sueno Hotel and the whole team. I can wholeheartedly recommend this all-inclusive hotel in Side.

The Turkish coffee bar, nice pools, and decent food were the highlights, but overall this wasn't worth it. The hotel needs major improvements. It feels old, the halls smelled of smoke, and the restaurant is mostly indoors with poor ventilation. Very few staff speak English, and the entertainment team was almost nowhere to be seen. Hygiene was poor. There was no soap in our room even after we asked, and by the end of the stay all of us had a high fever. One of us even had coxsackievirus. The low agency price probably explains the quality.

We came as a group of 16, including eight children, and our youngest was a four-month-old baby. We expected a relaxing break, but it became one of the worst experiences of our lives. It left me physically affected and psychologically traumatized. I no longer feel safe or confident even thinking about another holiday. On departure day, we had a paid transfer booked for 16:40, but were made to leave the hotel at 12:45 with all the children and babies. Staff said it would cost 70 € per person to stay in the lobby. We were left outside in blazing 36°C heat until the transfer arrived. That treatment was humiliating and unacceptable. Service was poor throughout. We waited 20-25 minutes for drinks in the restaurant and lobby, staff seemed unfriendly and unmotivated, and we got little help when we needed it. Children defecated in the pool several times, and staff did nothing to make sure it was properly cleaned or safe. When my daughter vomited in the lobby, I urgently asked the patisserie for dry bread. I was ignored for several minutes before finally getting a piece. As a mother with a sick child, I found that heartless. We paid 2,600 € for a holiday that brought humiliation and mistreatment instead of the promised standards. I am asking Check24, our booking partner, and the hotel for written apologies and reasonable financial compensation. Please handle this urgently. If I don't get a satisfactory reply within 14 days, I'll have to take legal action and share our experience on major review platforms.
