Marin Beach Hotel Şile

We stayed for three days and loved everything, from the room to the beach, breakfast, and restaurants. The location is close to the city but still quiet. Breakfast was amazing. In Istanbul, a breakfast like that would normally cost 90TL, so having it included in the package was great. We ate at the restaurant twice and think it's one of the best we've tried in all Istanbul, not just Sile. If you're staying here, definitely try it. We'll be back for sure.

The only thing we noticed was that nobody spoke English or Arabic. Apart from that, everything was excellent 👌 My wife and I stayed for two days, and we were happy with the location, the clean chalet, and the breakfast. Reception staff and the restaurant team were helpful and professional.

We had a mixed stay, with some good parts and some frustrating ones 😊😞 The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast came with a lovely sea view and was good. But the heating system was old: the second person had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for hot water, and we waited over 20. The beach bar had a range of food, but the staff seemed inattentive. Our pizza arrived late after we asked three times, while the combo never showed up 😂. At checkout they tried to charge us for three pizzas and a combo we hadn't received, so we refused. When we asked for coffee at breakfast, they just said the machine was broken. Room internet coverage was another headache.

Getting here from SAW airport was easy, and the room was clean. The hotel staff were all kind and welcoming, which made it a great experience for us. Definitely recommend it.
