The beach is within walking distance, and there are bikes, but beyond that it’s mostly hotels and a few shops. Getting here from Istanbul airport took two hours, and taxis were expensive. Next time I’d stay closer to the tourist attractions, and I wouldn’t travel this far again. I was here two nights with my adult kids. The food was good, but they charged for everything. There was no hand wash in the bathroom, and the TV in our room didn’t work. I got a blister because there were no gloves, and they don’t provide helmets. Your insurance won’t cover you if you have an accident without wearing a helmet.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but came across the restaurant, Kodu, during our slie-Agua trip and was glad we stopped. The food was tasty, prices were good, and the hospitality was great, especially from Ismael, the Nogirian guy. There’s a lake view, plus ATV and boast rentals. Their prices were the cheapest we found: 250LT for a boat for two for an hour, compared with 800 TL at the restaurant next door. I highly recommend the restaurant and its activities over the other places in the area. I hope they keep the prices and delicious food quality as they are. I’ll definitely come again. The location was good, but the food and service were a letdown. We ordered two simple appetizers, only to be told they were out of ingredients. Our meatballs took almost 30 minutes, and when they arrived, they were literally burnt. We complained, but were told, “That’s how meatballs normally look like.” The hotel owner didn’t even try to offer a discount, so we paid full price for the burnt meatballs. I’m not even sure there was a cook in the kitchen.

The breakfast was great, but the other food we ordered wasn’t tasty and didn’t feel worth what we paid. The cabins weren’t worth it either. The only nice part of ours was having a jacuzzi.
