The pool is a highlight for both kids and adults, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, with large balconies, and the air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and other electronics all worked well. It could be a really nice aparthotel, depending on what you’re looking for.

The location is the one good thing here. Room cleaning and management were terrible: they said the room had been cleaned, but the pillows and sheets were very dirty. The owner also seemed very stingy. In the morning we couldn’t properly use the bedroom air conditioner because a sensor shut it off in sunlight. When we called the owner, we were told not to set it too high. In Mersin’s heat, that made it hard to use the air conditioning at all. The pool was full of algae and clearly not cleaned properly, with insects all around while you swim. There had been no pest control.

I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. There’s no credit card or IBAN option, only cash. The owner says he avoids cards to avoid paying taxes, and says it openly. The pool water hadn’t been changed for three days, the edges were turning green, and it felt like a germ breeding ground. The beds were filthy and yellow. The owner is very stingy, too. He says the bedroom air conditioner only works at night because he installed a sensor that turns it on after dark. We Turks switched that sensor on and used it during the day anyway. He thinks he’s clever. May the money he took be cursed.

The pool water was dirty, and the stove needed a stone placed on top before it would turn on. They claimed the rooms were cleaned, but the pillows were still dirty. The bedroom air conditioner was off in the morning and on in the evening, as if it ran on shifts, and we couldn’t control it ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
