Kilikya Hotel

The hotel has its own stretch of beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a pool and two water slides. After dinner there are two singers, and their voices and stage shows are great. The rooms were hygienic and bright, with balconies. Food was delicious and varied, and Mr. Akın, the food and beverage services chief, was consistently polite and checked if we needed anything. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful with whatever we needed, and the entertainment was there without ever going overboard. The food was great and tasty. Right on the beach, the hotel is well maintained and furnished with high-quality furniture.

The food was generous and really good, with plenty for everyone. The chefs deserve credit for all the effort. The rooms could be better, and service may need some improvement. They hosted us after the earthquake. We understand it wasn't free, since they have expenses to cover and the government isn't helping them.

We couldn't get any rest on the private beach. People kept coming by every few minutes to sell food and drinks, and the beach, like the rest of the hotel, was dirty and poorly maintained. The hotel also let anyone come in, despite calling it private. At a four-star hotel, guests should be able to enjoy the beach in peace. Inside, the rooms were old, dusty and disgusting, with mold all over the walls and shower. The windows and walls were so thin that we heard everything in the street and children yelling in the corridor. People went into the pool wearing clothes and slippers. We paid for meals, but after one breakfast we decided to eat elsewhere. The dining area felt like a school cafeteria, not a restaurant. Staff often didn't wear masks or ask guests to wear them. They also insisted on keeping my car keys to park and retrieve my car, even though the employee hadn't cleaned his hands first. That service should be stopped. Avoid this place.
