I was traveling alone because of a personal matter, and chose this hotel because it was very close to the place I needed to visit. I might return in the future, and I'd choose this hotel again. The room was well furnished and very clean, with a proper lock on the door that made me feel safe. I also had a lovely sea view. Though the hotel is near the highway, closing the window at night made the noise disappear. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Most of all, the staff made a difficult day much easier. Four different staff members helped me, each without hesitation. They were patient when I needed time to text and show translations. Many thanks to all of them for their support.

The room decor was nice and the staff were helpful, but this has been my worst hotel experience so far. The bedsheet was torn in several places and shouldn't have been used. When we asked for a replacement, it wasn't folded properly and had hairs on it, so we realized they had brought a used sheet.

The room was peaceful and very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A very nice hotel.

There aren't many places to choose from in Ereğli, but this was a really nice hotel and we didn't feel we were missing out on anywhere else. We stayed for business. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and breakfast was adequate.

We were there on business for four nights. The rooms and toilets were clean, and they provided good quality toilet paper. Bottled water came daily, with extra available when we asked. Service was extremely friendly. Breakfast was average, though the gentleman said they planned to add more variety. Thank you.
