The room was clean, but there was no heat and it stayed at 17c. This was one of the worst hotels we've stayed in, offered to us for free by Turkish Airlines. It took over an hour to drive there from the airport, so we wasted more than two hours just getting to and from the hotel. We would've been better off renting a room by the hour and taking a tour from the airport. They said breakfast was included, but all we got was bread, packaged jelly, a slice of cheese, and some kind of meat.

Manager Omer was incredibly helpful with everything and made our vacation feel like a dream. Thanks as well to receptionist Ahmed and zine.

It's not fancy, but it's clean, and I like the place. The staff are polite, dedicated, and quick to respond.
