The best.

Even with the holiday crowds, everyone was kind and attentive. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless. One late evening, they took such good care of us that I almost felt awkward about it ☺️. It's an easy place to visit with kids or family. We enjoyed all the food, from breakfast to dinner. The location works well too, with the hotel's Turkish bath and thermal pool, plus nearby hot springs. There are eateries and children's playgrounds close by. On Gölcük road, I'd also suggest picking tomatoes at the greenhouses and stopping at the municipality sales point for cologne and different soaps ☺️.

We had a lovely two-day break here and would go back if we're in the area. The Turkish bath and pool were clean and calming, and Gölcük nearby was beautiful, surrounded by nature. It seems like a great spot for families looking to get away and unwind.

We checked in today, and the hammam was a mess from the start. There were no towels, and reception said they didn't provide any, so I took one from the room. The water was ice cold. I shouted and pressed the emergency button for half an hour before a female employee came and told me I had to notify them 30 minutes ahead. The water finally started, but the hot water stopped again half an hour later. I called out until I got someone's attention, then had to return to my room after a cold bath. The toilet flush there had fallen off and was broken. When we reported it, reception told us, “Please leave our hotel. The owner said we can't please these people.” So we left, stranded in Simav, and I'm filing complaints with the relevant places. I never said I wanted to use the hammam with my wife. That's slander and has damaged my reputation. The owner needs to answer for how his staff behave. From here on, my lawyer will handle it.
