I accidentally booked this through booking. Com and tried to cancel straight away. I heard nothing from them until a week after the booking, when they said there'd be no refund. They offered no alternative. Communication was very poor, with no compassion, and they came across as greedy. Not good enough. Don't use them.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spacious and spotless, with a lovely concept that made it feel like home. Service, breakfast, and the staff's attentiveness were all perfect. We'll come back to BL Karakum whenever we're in Sinop. Thank you 🖤

The suite rooms are spacious, spotless, and have no odor. For the price of a standard room at a chain hotel, you get a suite here, so I think it's good value and worth every penny. The decor is carefully put together, comfortable, and especially nice if you like bohemian style. There's Netflix and a laundry hamper too. This is a warm, quiet, pleasant family-run place. Mr. Hüsnü welcomed us at reception and was very helpful. The breakfast is beautifully and carefully presented, with plenty of filling food, served when you're ready rather than self-service. They also prepare hot extras for the day, like fries, eggs in butter, a special cigarette or water pastry, or a slice of toast. I didn't see anywhere to get water at breakfast, though. The staff are attentive. My only bother was the pillows 😉 One was too low, while two were too high and hard, and gave me neck pain. Of course, pillow comfort varies from person to person.

Breakfast was carefully prepared and brought out when we were ready, and the attentive staff made it easy to be satisfied. The hotel is fairly new, with coordinated, comfortable furniture and everything spotlessly clean. Anyone who likes bohemian style may especially enjoy it. There's Netflix and a laundry hamper as well. We stayed overnight at Bl Karakum Suites Hotel and felt we could confidently recommend it. Thanks for the care, and wishing them continued success! ✨

Staying in a hotel made us a little sad as people from Sinop 🥴, but this beautiful place gave us a peaceful, comfortable stay and really felt like home. The location and view are lovely, the room was comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The service was top-notch, with an understanding, solution-focused team. I'll definitely recommend it. Wishing the hotel continued success and prosperity. Greetings to Mr. Latif Can. 👋🙏🌹❤️
