Simisso Ciftlik Bungalov

We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Serap Hanım, Yiğit, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast was buffet-style. It also worked really well for our 22-month-old child. Many thanks to everyone.

The setting is lovely, with the sea right there, a nice beach, and a pleasant garden. Breakfast was adequate, and the staff tried hard, even though management seemed to have an excuse for every request. They charge by person rather than by room, and we paid 8000 lira for four people and two children. The houses have either a mezzanine or one level, yet cost the same. For that price, I'd choose somewhere else to stay, though this could be a nice place for a day visit to unwind. The rooms lacked towels, slippers, napkins, shampoo, and similar basics unless we asked. We had to clean the veranda table ourselves after requesting it be cleaned several times. The sofa and other furnishings didn't seem clean, so bring spare sheets and covers. The toilet was clean, but the shower heads were worn out. Mosquitoes may be hard to control, but the wasp nest on the bungalow roof should be fixable.

We came on someone's recommendation and found a lovely place. The staff are very friendly and make you feel like family. There's a cafeteria with food service, and the garden is beautiful and safe for children. The prices seem reasonable compared with many hotel rooms, especially since you get a large bungalow. It's right on the beach, although not everyone will like the sand. With the trees and beachfront together, mosquitoes are something to watch out for. Still, a wonderful establishment. 5 stars :)

The sea view is lovely and the garden could be nice, but flies and insects made it impossible for us to sit outside. We came planning to stay three days, left early, and won't return. The place isn't central, so getting food or reaching markets is difficult. Breakfast was poor, with spoiled, rancid cheese, olives, yellowing greens, and other low-quality items. Swimming here isn't recommended because the water is dangerous, and there's no walking path. The houses were dirty and full of bugs. Centipedes crawled in the bathroom, and we had to chase frogs from the doorway. Flies bit us everywhere, leaving terrible itching and pain; it took three boxes of medicine before I healed. The doors were awful to open and close, and the locks didn't work properly. There were no towels until we asked, and the ones they reluctantly provided weren't very clean. No shampoo or shower gel either. The bed was uncomfortable, and noise kept us awake anyway. Two dogs in the garden barked all night. There are much more comfortable bungalows for the same price. I definitely can't recommend this place.
