The employees were friendly and good to deal with. It's in the city center, though the furniture is old and the rooms don't have any extra amenities.

Don't let the photos convince you to stay here. The beds have springs sticking out, the faucets are broken, the service is disgusting, and they try to rip you off. They can't even provide toilet paper, so pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. There aren't carpets on the floors like in the pictures, and there's no waiting area. You could get stuck in the elevator, and the radiators are freezing. Everyone here knows what this hotel is used for. I was fooled by the pictures, so don't make the same mistake.
