Sivas Keykavus Hotel

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with lovely views from the fifth-floor restaurant. Staff were attentive without hovering, professional, and helped our family with everything we needed. We booked one room for two and another for three, and both were spacious, clean, warm, and well equipped, with comfortable beds, good bathrooms, and hot water. The hotel seems better suited to business trips than holidays, though most places are within a 30-minute walk. Soundproofing could be improved, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I’d stay at Malia Otel again.

We’ve stayed here twice, most recently with our dog. Since the hotel advertises as pet friendly, and we’d called ahead to confirm we could bring the dog, we were surprised to have to argue with the receptionist about what the website said. It was all sorted out in the end, but it’s something the hotel should know about.

Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is pet friendly and has free parking. Our room was spacious, clean, and came with a minibar and free water. The central air conditioning didn’t work very well, though, and in hot weather the room needs more airflow to cool down.

They charged for the children, who were under 10, after we arrived late at night and couldn’t find a decent place to stay. I’m giving a low rating because they took advantage of our situation and charged whatever price they wanted.
