The room was great and had everything I needed. The hotel is also close to Sivas miydan, and the people working there were very welcoming and friendly.

Getting to the hotel car park was a hassle, with the narrow, busy streets. If location isn't your main concern, there are better luxury hotels around the city for similar prices. The service here was very poor. During our week-long stay, we asked every day for the liquid soap to be refilled. Staff apologized each time, but it still went unfilled for four days, and then we were told the pump was broken. Our kids had wanted to use the pool since we arrived, but staff kept saying it was closed because of the pandemic. Only at the end of our stay did we realize it had been open the whole time, which was really annoying. Breakfast looked all right, but didn't taste good.

Our room was big enough for all our bags, and breakfast was delicious, served from 7 to 10 AM with an open menu. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, right in the heart of town. I recommend staying here.

We had children with us, so finding plastic pieces in the bed and on the floor was upsetting. We told reception, and they apologized. But after the room was cleaned the next morning, we found more plastic pieces in other spots. We weren't happy at all, and won't be coming back.

The room had a stale cigarette smell and could use better maintenance. The staff, though, gave us outstanding service. I'd stay here again 😀
