For a town this small, it's a nice place to stay. The pool, though, didn't seem very well cleaned.

The rooms weren't hygienic, with a dirty toilet and rubbish left unemptied. Breakfast was a mess too: no staff around, no clean tables, and the tables that were available were dirty. The location and the building are nice, but management is very poor. I wouldn't stay here again.

The gas station beside it has shut down too. The hotel itself is closed now, which is disappointing after Mr. Dursun Yalım's investment and his effort to do something for the people of Sivas.

There’s a separate hall for weddings, meetings, and similar events, and the restaurant has live music on some days. The place is clean and tidy.

Hasan at reception is friendly and warm, and makes the place feel like home. Much respect and thanks to him.
