We spotted this lovely place on a morning walk and brought our friends back for a cozy, natural homemade breakfast. Everyone enjoyed it. The food and fresh appetizers were excellent, and some ingredients had been picked right on the property. The two women serving us welcomed us with big smiles and were very courteous. At around 60 TL per person, the price felt fair, especially compared with other places in the area charging nearly three times as much. A must visit!

We had to stay for one night, and the guesthouse was extremely neglected and primitive. The four-person room’s air conditioning didn’t work, and the old shower leaked. The surroundings were filthy, and the cleanliness and maintenance were terrible. When we complained about the air conditioning the next morning, they said the previous guest had removed the cover, an excuse that had nothing to do with the problem. Even guesthouses on Avsa Island 50 years ago weren’t like this. People ask why visitors choose the Greek islands. It’s to avoid this kind of neglect and squalor. My rating is 0.

We went as two families and were very pleased with the hospitality and attention. The owner, Nurdan, and her son, Berkay, are kind and friendly people. Thanks to them both for looking after us.
