We really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean, although we had to switch off the radiator because it was too warm. The bathroom came with free shampoo and shower gel. We ate breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast was excellent, but dinner was average, we were served processed chicken.

There are two shared areas where you can sit and relax, and the rooms are large and very clean. The staff were all kind, good people and took great care of us. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you, everyone.

The room was big, and the free Turkish hamam was a plus. The room had an odor, there was no movable caddy in the shower, and breakfast didn't include soup. Nobody at reception spoke English. The price felt a little high, though it seems all the star hotels in Tatvan are overpriced.

The food was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. The hot water wasn't very hot, and at times it didn't work at all.

Great staff and breakfast. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the lake.
