We arrived late, but they still welcomed us, which we appreciated. It’s in a really nice location and a great place for the price.

We booked a week ahead, yet the heating hadn’t been set up before we arrived at night. The rooms were freezing, and they only turned it on very low. The next day, while we were out in freezing, rainy weather, they switched it off again. I’ve never had an experience this bad, and I can’t forgive them. Their fixation on profit comes across as pathetic incompetence.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner, though, kept crackling about every two minutes, sometimes starting and stopping. It still clicked after we turned it off, and I couldn’t rest properly. I don’t know whether all the units are like that.

We were visiting a sick relative and only needed a place for one night. The people in the dining hall were helpful and attentive at breakfast, and the staff were sincere and respectful. The rooms were clean, and we were very satisfied. I’d stay here again if I returned to Tavşanlı. I’d had doubts after seeing the photos, but the reviews persuaded me to try it. The thermal hotels were full on the day we wanted, so we came here as a family after researching it. My only concern was that there was no generator in case of a power outage, though I think they would have found a solution.
