The hotel is within walking distance of fast food places, restaurants, supermarkets, a gas station, and more. There aren't any good beaches nearby, though, so you'd have to go to Kumbag or Marmara. Our room was clean and well furnished, and the staff were very polite and helpful. There's a fitness gym downstairs, so you can hear music, but it was current Western hits and didn't bother us. No religious chanting. The small kitchen had no utensils, which is odd when guests are expected to bring plates, pans, and spoons across a continent. When we asked politely, the staff gave us a couple of plates and forks. When we arrived, the room reeked of tobacco. I know the previous guests were responsible, not the hotel, but perhaps a daily courtesy check from the manager could help enforce the no-smoking rule in a more considerate way. It's a very nice place, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Tekirdag. One small inconvenience was the lack of kitchen utensils.

I stayed here last year and the year before with my two children. The rooms were elegant and clean, and the staff treated us very well. Above all, they were honest. God willing, I'll go back again this year.

Mr. Hakan, the owner of City59 Otel, was a great host and an honest businessman. If you decide to stay there, you can be sure they'll treat you exceptionally well.

There's no parking, and the hotel is far away. The room and bathroom were very cold, and it was so noisy we could hear everything outside.
