We were disappointed, to be honest. When we turned on the jacuzzi, dirt came out and it smelled awful. After trying it twice, we changed rooms. The second room was much cleaner, but once we filled the jacuzzi, we found dust and dirt on it, possibly from dogs, and grime leaking from the wood around it, so we couldn't use it. Later the fire alarm rang for a long time. They said it was caused by overflowing water, but no one went around the floors to warn people; we only found out when we left. It's a small hotel with three floors and two rooms, so letting people know shouldn't have been very difficult. The water was cold, and they blamed a power outage. The door wouldn't close, so we took our belongings with us when we went out. Half the lights didn't work, and when I plugged in the charger, we discovered they were working. The TV and air conditioning did work.

The jacuzzi in our room was broken when I booked the place nearly a month ahead as a birthday surprise for my friend during the holiday. They'd lowered the price to 6000 TL for the holiday, and I still thought it was worth it. We told the manager, who said the motor was malfunctioning and they could fix it after the holiday, with nothing else they could do. They made no apology and offered no compensation. The cold water valve didn't work, and the water was excessively hot, so we spent an hour bringing bottle after bottle of cold water from the bathroom to get the jacuzzi-like tub to a usable temperature. If you don't want to waste your money and feel humiliated, don't go there.

The food was the bright spot: the appetizers, starters, and main dishes were all 10/10, and the prices were quite reasonable. But we were still upset about how my birthday went. My wife had planned a surprise, yet another large birthday group got priority, so we ended up celebrating by ourselves in a corner. We tried not to dwell on it, but it did hurt. The room made the night worse. It was January and the air conditioning wouldn't heat, so we froze in the early morning, and there was no hot water. The jacuzzi smelled disgusting and was filthy. We filled and drained it completely three times, but the dirt kept coming, and the water was cold. When we asked for help, they said hot water would be available in 20 minutes, but it never came. Apparently that sometimes happens with the jacuzzi. They didn't move us to another room and seemed not to care. I went with high hopes and left very disappointed. I absolutely can't recommend this hotel, especially if you're going for the jacuzzi.

We stayed five days ago and were really pleased. The jacuzzi was lovely and clean, and the room was spotless too. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it, go without hesitation.

The service let the place down for us. The view is lovely and the rooms are nice, but when we opened the jacuzzi, there was dirt in it. Maybe some dirt is normal, but at this price it should be maintained. We asked them to clean it and were told there were no employees available.
