We paid about €600 a night and were very disappointed by how little the quality matched what was advertised. The rooms were old, dirty, poorly maintained, and had worn or broken furniture. The refrigerator didn't work, and the outdated bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was no shampoo, toothbrush, or other basic amenities, and we were told drinking water cost extra. Room service wasn't available, and when we called for help, nobody answered or came. Parking was a serious problem, with almost no spaces for guests. We were also shocked to find the Aquapark closed. Just one pool was open, and it wasn't clean either. There were no umbrellas by the pool, no lifeguards, and very few staff around to help. The whole hotel felt neglected and badly in need of renovation. We felt deceived by the photos and descriptions. This was one of our worst hotel stays, poor value for money, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 🙂↕️

The spa areas and rooms were neglected. One restroom had no electricity for a week, and a faulty power outlet also went unrepaired for that whole week, even though the person in charge knew about it.

The setting is beautiful, but the roads are very poorly made and the service wasn't great. Each block has four elevators, which seemed to serve nearly everyone, so they stopped on every floor. When we were leaving, we asked for a cart to take our luggage to the entrance and waited half an hour. Nobody came, so we had to take it out ourselves. The workers who were supposed to help with the luggage were just sitting downstairs.

Grand Termal Yalova Resort has a serene feel, with exemplary service and friendly staff. I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a relaxing holiday.
