The location is the one real plus. I've had both a single room and a four-person room here during a forced stay in Tire, and neither was much above average. In the four-person room on the top floor, the lights didn't work and there was a big hole in the window beside the bathroom. Showering there felt like a sure way to get sick. The single rooms have air conditioning mostly for show. Gas heating only comes on after a certain hour, and in winter you have to ask specifically if you're cold. Don't count on them doing it without asking. There's little else to offer. Maybe consider it if you have no choice or can't afford another hotel.

The prices were higher than at the hotel. Still, I have to say the crew put in a real effort to meet what we expected.

At 1100 TL a night for one person, you'd expect better. This was my third stay since 2016, and now the place feels like a ruin. The air conditioner shakes so hard it looks ready to come off the wall, but doesn't cool the room, so you're left sweltering. The beds are disgusting, and there are shoe marks all over the walls. They could at least leave two small bottles of water. Breakfast was awful too, with rotten cheese, no cucumbers, and only stale bagels. If you enjoy historic sites and ruins, come stay here.

The location is about the only thing going for this place. I wouldn't give it even one star, and I can't recommend it to anyone. They need to overhaul the way they operate, or at least train their employees so arriving customers aren't lost. Turning people away only leads to bad publicity.
