Cetineller Hotel

I wouldn't recommend this place. The breakfast didn't seem carefully prepared, and the air conditioner in my room just spun without cooling, even though it was hot. Opening the window brought in a bird droppings smell, and I couldn't sleep for about two hours. There were problems from the start. I waited around three minutes in the lobby while the receptionist saw me but stayed on the phone. Even with a reservation, she initially insisted I couldn't come in, then finally let me stay after finding it. You can see a photo of the first room they gave me, and even after they changed rooms, I had two unpleasant incidents. In room 307, the shower had liquid soap fitted where shampoo would normally be, which seemed like a strange innovation.

Easy to get to, with a quiet setting, friendly service, and hot water whenever you need it. A clean, decent hotel.

I'd stayed here for years, but this time my reservation hadn't secured me a room. I also wasn't allowed to stay without paying upfront, even though I'd always paid at checkout before.

I've been coming to this small-town hotel for business trips to Torbalı for about 12 years, and it's never let me down. The attentive staff make the stay comfortable, and I think it's very good value for the money. I'll definitely think of it again for a future visit.
