FS Bungalows Otel

The morning birdsong and coffee with a view made the stay especially peaceful. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable, tucked into nature, and the staff, Mr. Yılmaz, Mr. Roşhat, and Mr. Mustafa, were warm and quick to help with anything. We really enjoyed our time here and would consider coming back. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind away from the city.

The jacuzzi was a real treat in winter, and we had a lovely time relaxing together as a family. We came for a short three-day holiday, which brought families together from Ankara to Iskenderun. Breakfast had 20 different options and was delicious, and dinner was tasty too, whether eaten in the room or at the restaurant. The rooms have air conditioning, though you can easily set up your own heaters as well. Internet was available everywhere, and the waiters and room service staff were attentive. We were very pleased.

The staff were excellent, but the way management handled things was a mess. We booked a royal suite for three families 10 days ahead and stayed in touch, yet the pool wasn't working, the heated pool stayed cold, and the jacuzzi leaked when we tried it. We picked this month for the children and ended up having to come up with solutions ourselves. Everyone seemed to have authority, but all the interference meant nobody was focused on solving the problems. They kept saying customer satisfaction mattered, while telling us there was no wood for the stove and it might arrive later. When we asked for bathrobes and towels, they said they were short on textiles and told us to manage without them. Why book bungalow houses in this season if there's no hot water or wood? They charged us for a room with a pool and jacuzzi, then let us use another house's pool for just one day, which was pointless. The kids could only swim that one day, and seeing them so disappointed drained our energy. Our aim was to make them happy, but they were more upset. I definitely don't recommend this place. If they keep going like this, they won't get customers. Research carefully before choosing, because we won't recommend them to anyone.

The setting was the highlight for us, with beautiful nature, fresh air, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. At No 33 Bungalow Hotel, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and pleasant, and the restaurant served delicious food that seemed carefully prepared. We also enjoyed the barbecue service and cooked our own meat. The pools were clean and well maintained, and the jacuzzis were great for unwinding. Staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel special. Booking by phone was simple, and the road there was smooth, with no trouble getting to the hotel. We loved our stay and are planning to return. I'd recommend it to anyone after a peaceful break in nature.
