Abdullah was especially welcoming, quick to reply, and full of useful local advice. The staff were kind and helpful, and I loved staying here. The apartment was clean and roomy, with several big balconies, a stunning view, lots of amenities, and a fully working kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. It's a great area for walking and gave us an authentic feel for Turkey outside the heavily touristed spots. Thanks for the great service. We'll definitely come back to Trabzon. I'd suggest Uzungöl,ayder yaylasi,karaca magarasi,boztepe,sumela manastari, and trying some çig Kofte in town.

The view from every room is stunning, and the apartments are easy to reach. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff are kind and speak several languages, and the price is very competitive. I'd highly recommend booking at Al Jannah Residence. A+++++

A relaxing place, almost like a piece of paradise on earth. The apartments feel brand new, and they're spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, and the views are great. It's well located near both the airport and Trabzon Maydan.
