The high room rates led me to expect better cleanliness and service, but the housekeeping was poor and the rooms weren't cleaned every day. There was also a bad smell from the bathrooms, and reception staff weren't responsive or supportive when I raised these problems. I found the stay disappointing and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for clean accommodation and good value.

The apartment was clean, and there was parking available. The view was nice too. The staff were good, especially omran and amroo.

The staff were really helpful, and the apartments have a lovely view of the sea and gardens. It’s a peaceful, beautiful place with everything equipped, and the price is reasonable. The apartments work well for families. I’ll definitely stay here again, God willing.

The place is quiet and away from the bustle, with a sea view. Adnan and Ahmed, my dear friends, were especially helpful throughout our stay. I’m grateful to all the staff for being professional, courteous, and providing excellent service. One of the best hotel apartments, and I highly recommend it to visitors to Trabzon.
