Central VIP Apartments

The apartment was spotless and had all the equipment you could need. Its location is great, just a step from the city center, seaside, restaurants, and pretty much anywhere you might go. They provide everything a traveler, family, or business guest could want, and then some. It felt like home thanks to the friendly staff. The host was incredibly helpful, too. I had such an amazing stay, it's hard to put into words. Thank you 🥰

My son got sick, and the care and attention from the team were beyond belief. They were available to help around the clock. They left sweets and large bottles of water every day, which was so thoughtful. Thank you, devrim, nigar, the two lovely cleaning ladies, and the gentleman who helped with our luggage. This was my second visit to Turkey. I've generally found Turkish people a little serious and less inclined to mix with tourists unless they're buying something, but devrim and the team were completely different. They made us feel like family, not guests. We found a home and a family in trabzon. The hotel calls itself two stars, yet the service was better than at the five-star hotels nearby. That warmth is what the other places were missing. It's also right in the heart of the city, in one of its most famous districts, with everything you might need close by.
