I’ve visited Trabzon before, but this was my best stay there so far. The hotel is close to everything and has a free shuttle to the mall, which came in handy. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Saja, the manager, was especially kind and helpful, and the receptionist who speaks Arabic helped us a lot too. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Trabzon.

Canaan was especially helpful, and the staff were amazing. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything about the hotel was perfect 😊.

Fateh at reception was outstanding and made our stay much easier. The housekeeping team was exceptional too. Other parts of the hotel didn’t match a four-star rating for me: breakfast was average at best, many staff members couldn’t communicate in English, and the shower pressure was very weak. They also only provide basic hand wash, with no shampoo, conditioner, earbuds, or body lotion.

The room was really clean, and the service and friendly staff made this a great value for money. Special thanks to Ms. Serra at the front desk, she was amazing and very helpful 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and I had a comfortable stay for about three nights. It was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were always smiling and welcoming. Breakfast doesn’t offer much variety, but it has the basics: eggs, vegetables, cheese, tea, and coffee. The Arabic-speaking woman at reception was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I’d recommend it for a short stay near the airport.
