There are grocery shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel is opposite Trabzon University, in a spot away from the busy city center. The building is new, and it’s a good place to stay. Service was good for a suites hotel, breakfast was good, and the reception staff, Mohammed and Amar, were active and helpful.

Really nice, kind people at reception, and the breakfast was super. A very good hotel, thank you!

Our group reservation had been made weeks ahead, but when we arrived they said there was no room for us. We waited a long time while they tried to assign one. I keep wondering what would have happened if they hadn’t found anything. Payment was another hassle because the POS machine wasn’t working, so after a long wait we paid by IBAN. Paying 2500 TL for this hotel upset us. The breakfast looked carelessly put together. The tomatoes and greens were wilted, as if they’d been serving the same food for a week. While we were still eating, everything was cleared away, and the staff then sat at the next table for their own hot breakfast. The rooms were impractical too. There wasn’t a shower cabin, so you had to wash right next to the toilet and water spread across the whole bathroom. The fan came on with the bathroom light and was so loud it woke anyone sleeping. The beds and sheets didn’t look clean, so we slept with our T-shirts over the pillows.

The sea view was lovely, whether we opened the balcony door or just drew the curtains, and there was free, fast Wi-Fi in the room. Shops were close by too. We booked for one night, and the hospitality made a great impression. Everyone was respectful and attentive to guest comfort. A special mention for the receptionist, Amer Al-Jasmi. He was cheerful, polite, and helpful, and it was great that he spoke Arabic. Our room was spacious, very clean, and smelled nice. It had everything we needed, including plenty of electrical outlets for devices. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the essentials, including a bidet. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Trabzon. I’m grateful to the management and staff, and God willing, I’ll come back. 🩵🩵🩵
