The breakfast buffet was the worst I’ve ever seen, and the people at reception couldn’t speak English. There was mold all over the bathroom, the shower cabin was broken, and the room carpet had dirt stains. The fire evacuation stairs were broken, and there was no emergency exit. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

There’s plenty of room to walk around in the hotel garden, and the view from our room was beautiful, as it is from most rooms. Breakfast was good. The staff at reception, including Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Zakaria, were helpful and very courteous. We thank them.

That view and the soothing air were lovely, and the entrance looks really nice. The hotel itself is old, though. Our room was clean and tidy, and the rooms were good apart from the blanket, which was too rough and thin. Breakfast tasted good, but could be better since they only refill it every 2 days. Staff were really nice and answered all my questions about the hotel. Definitely recommend staying here 👌 👍

The room had a great view, and I found the hotel very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Everyone on staff was kind, especially Mr.Ahmed and Mr.Zakaria. I highly recommend it to anyone reading this, and to your families.

There’s a beautiful outdoor area by the river, and the bed was FANTASTIC. The location is great, and the staff speak English well. I highly recommend it if you want an easy place to stay with access to Sumela Monastery.
