Misal Room

The bathroom smelled awful, and there were other problems too. I spent 8 days here in Trabzon with my wife, and it was a letdown from the start. I'd booked a double bed, but we were given two separate beds that were uncomfortable and kept sliding around. I raised it with reception several times. They kept saying they'd fix it that day, or that the whole hotel only had 4 double beds, but nothing changed. It was excuses and lies, with poor management and terrible service. I don't recommend staying here. After I posted this, the manager got in touch, apologized, and personally said the bed would be changed the next day. That didn't happen either. There were more empty promises and unprofessional behavior. Don't rely on what they promise. Avoid the hotel if honesty, comfort, and cleanliness matter to you.

Everyone was so warm and welcoming, from reception and the concierge to the restaurant manager. Alper gave especially great service. I'd happily stay here again, keep it up guys 🩵

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the reception and restaurant were excellent. Service was great too. I was very pleased with the hotel and would recommend staying here.

It's a great place, with welcoming, professional hosts and clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was okay, though not the best. Getting around was convenient: the airport is 7 minutes away and the city center 10 minutes, and going to tourist spots means avoiding the city's traffic. The price felt fair for the stay. I'd definitely come back.
