Mora Hotel

The one good thing I can say is that the staff are friendly. Everything else made this the worst hotel experience I've had anywhere. The rooms are old and smell bad, and there were insects everywhere. Room service was awful. Breakfast was limited and not good. Since it's close to the airport, planes kept flying overhead loudly. The women cleaning rooms smoke in the hallways while they work, leaving a dirty smell.

The hotel is well staffed, includes breakfast, and has a sea view. It's close to Trabzon airport, and Ahmet’s restaurant is just down the street, facing the Black Sea, with delicious dishes.

A good location can't make up for a bad hotel. The room was very dirty, breakfast was poor, and the staff weren't friendly. One of the worst hotels I've visited.

The manager's hospitality was a real plus. He came out every morning to welcome tourists and help, full of energy. I don't speak Turkish, but the staff handled requests quickly with translation apps, and the free high-speed Wi-Fi worked everywhere. The hotel is an economical, comfortable option for a 3-star stay, with nice breakfast and beaches beside it. It's about 10 minutes from both of Trabzon's big markets and malls. Most of all, the beds were soft and so comfortable, better than in some 5-star hotels. I care a lot about getting quality rest, which is why I started with the beds. I was happy with my stay and might come back.
