This was the worst stay I've had in a suite. I paid for two suites, but the air conditioning didn't work, the sofa base was broken, and the toilet had no flush button. The room couldn't be used. Staff and the manager were rude. They promised repairs, missed the agreed time, then told me there was no solution and I had to accept it. I ended up calling Trabzon police, who came quickly and made them move me to another room. I'm very grateful to the conscientious Turkish police for respecting the rights of guests and tourists in their country. I don't recommend this place, and the nice pictures shouldn't be trusted.

The room was shocking and nothing like the one I had reserved. It wasn't clean, had no shower enclosure or lights, and the walls were moldy. I believe they scam people. I booked through Booking, they took the money and then canceled the reservation 10 days before arrival, after calling to confirm it. When I arrived, they refused to refund me. We called the police. They were incredibly rude. I don't recommend this place at all.

The photos don't show what you'll actually get, and the place is dirty. Staff weren't helpful, and may even start arguing with you. Only book here if you want the worst experience of your life.

The rooms smell awful, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Service was bad, and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. I really wouldn't recommend staying here, even for one night.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and the staff and management were very rude and disrespectful to guests. The pictures don't reflect what the place is really like. The worst place ever, absolutely not recommended.
