New Akçaabat Hotel

We arrived around 2 a.m. after a 12-hour drive, exhausted and hoping to sleep. We'd booked rooms 404 and 604, but neither had windows, which made them feel like prison rooms. Room 404 was meant for four people but only had one queen bed. The so-called cooler made noise but put out no air, and there was no fridge. A foldable bed finally arrived with a disgusting mattress after a 20-minute wait, by then it was about 3:30 a.m. Room 604 was worse. The bathroom had no water. The plumber took 10 minutes to come and about 30 minutes to "fix" it, but it still didn't work. We asked to switch rooms and waited another 20 minutes just for confirmation. By the time it was sorted, it was 4 a.m., and we only got three hours of sleep. Breakfast wasn't a buffet at all, just the same kind of regular breakfast I have every day. Also, a woman screamed really loudly around 5 a.m.
