Platinium

The staff were helpful and attentive, and check-in was very quick. Platinum Suite is centrally located, with markets, cafes, and restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and modern, and I especially enjoyed the sea view rooms. It’s a peaceful, safe, comfortable place for either a short or longer stay.

I came because the comments were so positive, and now I regret paying for two days. The apartment was filthy, the bed was dirty and left my son with large pimples on his body. There was nothing in the kitchen, the fridge smelled, and the washing machine didn’t clean well. The employee didn’t understand Arabic or English. I wrote to him in his language on WhatsApp and got no reply. This place wasn’t worth even one star.

I’ve stayed here as a customer for three years without any complaints, and it’s nice to see the renovation. The coffee tables, carpets, sofas, and sheets all look great, and the bathrooms and toilets are very clean. Thanks for the service.

I stayed here two summers ago, and the place has changed completely since then. Everything was clean, neat, and really nice. Thanks for making us feel at home in Trabzon. I’d recommend it to anyone.
