The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had no trouble finding parking. The location wasn’t great and it was a little noisy, though. The staff were so friendly and kind, especially the woman in the kitchen, who had a lovely smile and made a point of looking after everyone individually. They did whatever they could to make us comfortable. Thanks for everything.

Akin Bey and his team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even let me check in early, which I really appreciated, and I could wait on the terrace. The place had a lovely atmosphere, and I was happy to be part of it for two nights. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, served on a nice terrace overlooking the sea. There are small restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s a short walk to the bus station and Forum, with the airport close too. I agree with everyone else, this is the place to stay in Trabzon. Thanks, guys, and see you again!

We stayed for six nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very quiet and good for resting, with Forum Mall and lots of local restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, and the staff are kind and professional. The manager is very friendly too. I’d stay here again on my next visit to Trabzon.

I came back for a second day even though I hadn’t planned to, because of the service I got on the first day. The room was spacious and tidy, and room service was excellent. If anything comes up, you just call reception and they sort it out. It’s about a six-minute drive from the airport and roughly the same from the intercity bus station. Breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace with a sea view. Special thanks to Ramadan bey and Akin bey for making it feel like home.
