The rooms were very good, and the hotel is in an excellent location with a relaxing, comfortable lounge. We enjoyed our stay and I'd go back in the future, God willing. Still, breakfast wasn't good, the hair dryer didn't work, and there were ants in my room all the time. The staff were lovely, but couldn't speak English or Arabic, which made communication very difficult. I left notes for the manager several times asking to speak with us, but got no response. Thanks to Royal Life for having us, and wishing you all the best. Suhair Al Namri, from Australia.

Right beside a main road, the location worked well for us while travelling by car. The hotel was quite nice and clean, though the bathroom had a bad smell, as if something had gone rotten. Everything else was good and clean.

We found two geckos on our beds, and the bathroom water pipes were broken. The place was dirty, the service was terrible, and the staff weren't kind or friendly. The worst hotel I've ever seen. I'd never recommend it to anyone.

For the price, the rooms are incredible, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. It's right on the highway, so there's some noise, and the sea view isn't that impressive.

The receptionist was a nice guy, and the facility was okay. But the breakfast was horrible, with no variety or choices: no coffee, juice, fruit, or cereal. It wasn't very clean, the air conditioning didn't work in most rooms, and there were no toiletries. I would never stay here again or recommend it.
