The sea view is fantastic, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent, though the choices stayed the same each day. I could hear sound passing between rooms, which was noticeable. Room service wasn't very good either, since I had to ask the hotel to clean the room.

Our Booking reservation wasn't handled honestly. I booked a panoramic-view room with an extra bed, then they called asking for more money to add the bed. When we arrived, though, they didn't give us the room I'd selected on Booking. I had chosen a room with a side and corner view, but they gave us one with only a front view. They wouldn't work with us to change it. 😭😭😭

I only went to the restaurant for breakfast today. The food was average, and the cappuccino I ordered was just okay. I also ordered an omelette, but it came with only the egg, even though the menu showed fries and salad too. When I asked about the rest of the plate, they had no answer and the waitress and manager were arguing with each other. I hope the restaurant serves customers what it actually advertises on the menu.

The sea view was the best part of my six-day stay, a full 10/10. I gave reception 8/10, room cleanliness 7/10, and service 6/10. The restaurant food was delicious, though it could use more variety. Miss (Fayza) was the standout there, taking such good care of customers. Management should promote her, she's a real treasure at this place. Best regards.

The staff were excellent and welcoming, and both the restaurant food and service were good. The room had a beautiful sea view, but it wasn't cleaned very well and the bathroom smelled.
