Greetings from Erzurum. The price seemed quite normal, and the place was very clean and tidy. On August 22nd, our three families, 15 people in total, stayed across four rooms. I have two suggestions for management: add arrows in the rooms to show the qibla, and repair the broken shower cabin in room 505, block B. Otherwise, we had no problems. Thank you.

The staff and rooms were excellent, and every room has air conditioning. It’s centrally located and became our first choice for a relaxing holiday. Thank you.

It’s a new, comfortable hotel in a central location. The people here are caring and helpful, and they make you feel welcome, not just like a customer. A great place.

The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from, and we were very pleased with it. Staff were friendly and helpful, and January prices were very reasonable. My only complaint is that the pool seemed a little dirty for a five-star hotel.

The rooms were very clean, and the service from the owner, Mr. Farouk, was outstanding. The Syrian employee was also very polite and provided excellent service. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in across northern Turkey. I highly recommend it, they deserve five stars.
